La précommande : Qu'est-ce que c'est et pourquoi la choisir ?
La précommande vous permet de réserver un produit, qu’il soit disponible en
quantité limitée ou en cours de production, afin de garantir le meilleur tarif et
une gestion optimale des matières premières.

Cette option vous assure également l’accès à l’intégralité des produits de
certaines marques, avec la certitude qu’ils vous seront réservés.

Une fois passée la date limite d’achat en précommande indiquée pour chaque article,
nous expédierons votre commande dans les meilleurs délais.

Veuillez noter que si vous commandez à la fois des articles disponibles immédiatement et
des articles en précommande, votre commande sera expédiée en une seule fois à partir de
la date d’échéance de la précommande.
Cela permet de garantir les frais de transport les plus bas.

Si vous souhaitez recevoir les articles séparément, nous vous invitons à effectuer
deux commandes distinctes :
– une première pour les articles disponibles immédiatement
– une seconde pour les articles en précommande.
Quel sont les délais d'expédition ?

Les articles disponibles immédiatement sont généralement expédiés sous
1 à 2 jours ouvrés, sauf en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles.

 

Les précommandes sont expédiées dans un délai de 2 à 4 semaines suivant la
date limite de précommande.

Ce délai nous permet de recevoir, vérifier et protéger au mieux votre commande.
